This hotel places you right in the middle of everything, with Times Square just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to explore iconic attractions like Bryant Park and the New York Public Library, both less than 15 minutes on foot; not to mention, there are fantastic dining options like Capizzi and 2 Bros Pizza just around the corner! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I really appreciated the friendly staff, especially the woman who kindly stored my luggage and remembered me from prior visits. I did encounter some delays with the elevators during busier times.

The hotel is just a short walk from Times Square which makes it super easy to explore the vibrant energy of the city and nearby iconic spots like the New York Public Library which is about 1.4 kilometers away and the Empire State Building just about 1.1 kilometers which can be reached in no time and with plenty of cafes and restaurants like Starbucks just a few steps away you can grab a quick bite or a coffee whenever you want and our room was comfortable with a big TV which was perfect for relaxing after long days of sightseeing but the only issue was a minor one with the shower stream being weak.

The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond! My room had the comfiest bed and the views were breathtaking. Plus, I loved how close I was to all the main attractions!

Delta Hotels By Marriott New York Times Square offers spacious, clean rooms and a fantastic location near Times Square and other major attractions. The cozy beds and convenient amenities, such as a refrigerator and secure luggage storage, made our stay enjoyable. Staff were generally friendly, enhancing the experience.

Great location, just a quick walk to Times Square. The room was spacious and quiet, giving us plenty of space for a reasonable price. The value was excellent, depending on the day's staff friendliness.
Room had a strong, unpleasant smell, despite assurances that it would be dealt with. Early morning interruptions by staff members knocking and opening the door without warning.

The check-in was a nightmare—slow and cramped, with too many guests crowding the lobby. We waited ages, and when we finally got to our room, I discovered the shower drained poorly, flooding every time I used it. So frustrating!

Location is fantastic—close to Hell's Kitchen and Times Square. the ventilation was lacking since windows didn’t open, and there were a few maintenance issues like a leaky ceiling and a noisy AC. Staff were inconsistent; while one receptionist was friendly, another was rude and unhelpful. A mix of great potential and disappointing service made for a memorable yet flawed stay.

Arriving at 11:15 a.m. was a pleasant surprise; early check-in was smooth. The staff exuded kindness and warmth, making the experience welcoming. The location is impeccable—steps away from Times Square and a myriad of dining options. several issues need addressing. The elevator wait times were frustrating. The shower design was problematic: no door means wet floors and lack of privacy. I experienced a serious security breach when a stranger entered my room because the front desk failed to verify his identity. In summary, the hotel has potential. Just a few adjustments could significantly enhance guest experience. Looking forward to seeing improvements on my return.

The staff was super helpful when I had thermostat issues. The place is ideally located just a hop away from entertainment and dining.

The room was surprisingly spacious with an amazing city view. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a restful night. Cleanliness stood out, though we initially encountered stained sheets. The front desk promptly addressed this issue. Temperature control was effective, maintaining a cozy atmosphere. Noise levels were low, creating a peaceful stay. Black-out curtains aided in blocking out light well. The shower had excellent pressure and consistent hot water, enhancing comfort. the unexpected fees for amenities and parking validation created some frustration.

The Spanish roots blending with urban vibes were a hoot! Castell Rooftop Lounge felt exclusive. Boqueria's tapas, a taste of Barcelona delights. Staybridge Suites' free snacks hit the spot.
I adored the construction noise wake-up calls every morning.

The ironing facilities in the room were convenient for getting my clothes ready before heading out. I found the heating and air conditioning a bit inconsistent, making it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but I was disappointed that the room didn't have an AM/FM alarm clock as I rely on it to wake up each morning. On the bright side, the flat-screen TV was a good size and had a decent channel selection. I called for room service once, but it took quite a while for them to fulfill my request. the dry cleaning service was not as efficient as I had hoped for, and I had to follow up multiple times to get my clothes back on time. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but I noticed they missed a few spots during their cleaning routine. The lack of a grocery shopping service was a downside for me as I prefer having the option to stock up on snacks and essentials without leaving the hotel. The hotel did offer valet parking, which was convenient, but I was not offered a welcome drink upon arrival as mentioned in the amenities list. I also didn't see any information about tours or ticket assistance, which would have been helpful for planning activities during my stay. my experience at the Delta Hotel had its ups and downs.

The lifts were incredibly slow, causing frustration and delays throughout our stay. We often had to wait multiple times for it to arrive, and one of the lifts was out of service for three days. But the convenient location next to the tram station and bus port made our stay enjoyable. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

the delta hotel was spotless and the location couldn't be better - walking distance to all the sights. the staff shared insider tips about where to find seats in the area. the 2 nights with free beer and wine made us feel right at home.

I was excited to visit Intrepid Sea and chose Delta solely for its convenient location. However, the hotel's complimentary 24-hour fitness center pleasantly surprised me. I also loved the fresh croissants and iconic views at Castell rooftop lounge.

The free breakfast buffet was a delightful bonus, offering a wide range of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and its vibrant atmosphere.
The only drawback I encountered was the placement of the shower head. It was positioned too high on the wall, making it difficult for shorter individuals to adjust or reach.

we loved delta in midtown! the staff was always very nice and ready to help. the rooms were big and very comfortable, with loads of appliances. the location was pure fantastic, close to attractions, bus station, and subway. the breakfast was always very diverse. we also enjoyed the happy hour running from tuesday to thursday 🥂
